It was just about okay...only because it's about the only thing in Porto that costs nothing and is still a bit of a disappointment. The red house on the other hand has been looked after...when it should have been the garden where they spent the money. Go to a botanical gardens to see a botanical garden not a whale skeleton for 20 euros.

Beautiful museum it's small but engaging and fun for kids and adults. The gardens are lovely. We loved our visit and will definitely be back.

I really enjoy to go there occasionally. It’s small but well preserved, with a beautiful red house (biodiversity gallery). Cactus are my favorite around.

Very nice and quiet garden a bit outside the center. It is well organized with calm places where you can rest for a bit and relax amongst flowers and some nice green areas. it has a small palace in the middle where there are some changing expositions and the history of the garden. Recommended

One of the most beautiful gardens to visit in Porto. If you decide to visit this month, all entrances are free if you come by night. There are tours also. If you come in broad daylight and you have an artistic side, do not forget your pen and paper, the variety of species is just amazing!

Lovely place for cactus lovers ,the only - is a locked greenhouse. We had been only outside.
